\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t1. What happens to my current MTY Rewards?<\/a><\/p>\n

As of November 28, 2021, the current MTY Rewards program ends. Until this date, you can continue earning and redeeming points as usual.<\/p>\n

As of November 29, 2021, you\u2019re invited to transfer any unused points to a digital gift card at the MTY brand of your choice. You\u2019ll have 12 months to transfer these points before they expire on November 28, 2022.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t2. How do I register for new rewards programs?<\/a><\/p>\n

To register online, head to the websites of your favourite participating MTY brands (or their online ordering platforms) and follow the registration instructions.<\/p>\n

To register in-store, scan the QR code to subscribe online or ask the cashier for more details.<\/p>\n

You can only register for the new rewards programs beginning November 29, 2021.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t3. How do I transfer unused points?<\/a><\/p>\n

Any points received before November 29, 2021 will not be carried over to the new rewards program. Instead, these points can be used toward a digital gift card from your favourite MTY restaurant.<\/p>\n

Exchanging unused points for a digital gift card: Starting November 29, 2021, head to MTYRewards.com or visit the website of your favourite MTY brands. Once there, click \u201cTransfer my points\u201d and follow the instructions. You have 12 months to transfer your points before they expire on November 28, 2022.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t4. What happens to my punch card?<\/a><\/p>\n

You can continue earning punches until October 28, 2021. Current punch cards are redeemable until November 28, 2021.<\/p>\n

As of November 29, 2021, all unused punches expire (whether or not there are enough of them to claim a reward). Punches do not transfer over to the new program and cannot be exchanged for a gift card.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t5. How can I use my available rewards?<\/a><\/p>\n

When it comes to claiming existing rewards in-store or online, it\u2019s business as usual until the new programs launch on November 29.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t6. Can I keep using my rewards card after November 28?<\/a><\/p>\n

No. Beginning November 29, 2021, MTY Rewards cards will no longer be accepted at MTY brands\u2019 establishments or websites. As of this date, each participating brand will launch its own loyalty program. To join the new programs, you\u2019ll need to register online.<\/p>\n

As of November 29, you have 12 months to transfer any unused points to a digital gift card at the MTY brand of your choice.<\/p>\n
