Verify that you have correctly entered your contact information along with an active e-mail account. Providing a valid e-mail address allows you to receive rewards promotions that may be available to you. The TCBY is not required to send promotions.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n PARTICIPATION<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 All participating TCBY restaurants offer the punch reward system.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n TRANSACTION<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 A valid transaction is subject to the presentation of the TCBY card by the cardholder upon a purchase with a minimum value of $2.50 pre-taxes at TCBY locations.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n LOST ITEMS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS<\/strong> \u2013 Provided you have registered your TCBY card, your TCBY account is protected from the moment you notify us that your TCBY card is lost or stolen and we are able to verify ownership of the card. We will freeze the remaining balance on your TCBY account at the time you notify us and will load that remaining balance on a replacement TCBY card. Replacement cards will be mailed within 2-4 weeks.\u00a0 TCBY and its restaurants cannot be held responsible for lost, expired or stolen TCBY points. All cardholders are responsible for providing their receipts for any adjustments, provided that the receipt has been submitted through loyalty@tcbycanada.com within 60 days of the transaction in question.<\/p>\n TCBY shall have no liability for any other billing error unless you provide us notice within 60 days of the date of the transaction in question.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n NETWORK<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013TCBY cardholders can benefit from the participating TCBY by obtaining rewards, which are redeemable for purchases at any participating TCBY\u2019s restaurants across Canada.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n STATUS OF ACCOUNT<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 TCBY cardholders can obtain their account balance by registering their card online at\u00a0https:\/\/tcby.datacandyinfo.com<\/a>\/ or by emailing\u00a0TCBY Customer Service at loyalty@tcbycanada.com<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n REDEMPTIONS AND FREE ITEMS<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 TCBY cardholders can redeem points for future purchases at participating TCBY restaurants.\u00a0 TCBY card holders can redeem free items that have been issued to them within 30 days of the date that the free item was issued.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n TERMINATION AND EXPIRATION<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 An active TCBY card is valid from the date of registration. All cards that have been inactive throughout a consecutive 12-month period from their last transaction are considered as inactive members, thus terminating all benefits of the program.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n MODIFICATIONS<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 TCBY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the TCBY program, to add and delete partners, and\/or to alter, limit, modify or add to the TCBY program rules, regulations, terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards and reward levels, without prior notice at any time.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n LAW<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Except where required by law or provided for in the program rules, [BRAND\u2019S NAME]\u00a0points have no cash value. In certain jurisdictions, where required by law, 800 TCBY\u00a0points would be deemed to have a cash value not exceeding one twentieth of one cent in Canadian dollars.<\/p>\n SECTION 2: MTY GIFT CARD PROGRAM\u00a0TERMS AND CONDITIONS \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n IMPORTANT<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0The following agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to the gift card account of all MTY Group gift cards in Canada between you and MTY Franchising Group which carries on business through participating stores across Canada, including Country Style, Cultures, Croissant Plus, Franx Supreme, Kim Chi, Koryo Korean Barbeque, Koya Japan, La Cr\u00e9mi\u00e8re, Mr. Souvlaki , Mr.Sub, O\u2019Burger, Sushi Shop, Sukiyaki, Taco Time, Tandori, TCBY, Thai Express, Tiki Ming, Tutti Frutti, Valentine Vanelli\u2019s, Vie&Nam, Villa Madina, and other unaffiliated brands, such as Au Vieux Duluth Express, Yogen Fruz and other future potential retail partners across Canada. By using your gift card, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
